Course Description

The MBSR course is the ‘gold standard’ in terms of global recognition and evidence base. It has become a key component within the area of behavioural medicine and general health care and is proven to help people cope better with stress, anxiety and low mood. Following an accredited curriculum participants develop a very deep understanding of mindfulness in a supportive environment through experiential learning, exercises and group discussion. Over the course new skills and tools are introduced and developed allowing participants to feel some empowerment in managing their own wellbeing in everyday life.
