This 8 week globally recognised course is based on the best selling book: “Mindfulness: A Practical Guide to Finding Peace in a Frantic World”. During this deeper training a set of simple yet powerful exercises and practices are revealed which can be incorporated into your daily life. The skills learnt can help break the common cycles we all experience of anxiety, stress, and tiredness in this increasingly fast paced world. Empowering techniques and tools based on the core principles of MBSR/MBCT are practiced in a kind supportive environment helping participants build resilience and find ways to feel happier, calmer and more fulfilled.
